These terms describe the basic rules for using Afford Amp public pages, consultation paths, portal workflows, and SMS notifications.

Afford Amp provides public growth, connector attribution, intake, routing, consultation, and customer-facing pathway workflows. Public pages and consultation forms are designed to help route the right conversation and preserve appropriate attribution.
Afford Amp does not guarantee loan approval, appraisal outcomes, contractor pricing, savings, incentives, cash-to-close results, upgrade eligibility, or any specific financial outcome.
When you submit a consultation request, you agree to provide accurate contact and property information to the best of your knowledge. If you submit information about a property or another person, you are responsible for having appropriate permission to do so.
Program name: Afford Amp Consultation Notifications.
Program description: Afford Amp sends transactional SMS messages to people who schedule a consultation, including booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and consultation-related follow-up.
Message frequency varies based on consultation activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, Afford Amp may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help.

Connector attribution must come from valid Afford Amp links, codes, or backend-resolved connector pages. Compensation eligibility, if applicable, is subject to Afford Amp review, valid attribution, program terms, and compliance controls.
Afford Amp may use service providers for hosting, email, SMS, scheduling, analytics, operations, and customer workflow systems. Third-party partner conversations may also be part of a requested pathway.
