I have reviewed and accept the Afford Amp Master Connector Independent Contractor Agreement v2.0, released September 3, 2026, and the Afford Amp Connector Compensation Plan v1.2.1, effective September 5, 2026. I intend my electronic acceptance to be my signature to these documents.
I understand this agreement is subject to approval by a duly authorized officer/representative of Afford Amp.
